Richard Baily is our Thought Leader on Business Process Outsourcing, and more specifically on Document Imaging and how it can eliminate business process efficiencies. A topic very relevant to some of the topics discussed here, such as the Digital Mailroom, which falls in the heart of this topic.
Louise Fisher will be bringing her unique perspective on Change Management. I am looking forward to getting her views into how some of the Future of Documents technologies are changing the very nature of our workplace, and how these evolutions are taken into account in Xerox Global Services Change Management approach.
