You have read on my blog about OpenText and Vignette, Nuance and eCopy, Autonomy and Interwoven. EMC and Kazeon was not on my radar screen, but that is indeed a major one. The only one I am not sure about is Day Software selling MarketingNet to WAA (which I don’t think I would consider top players).
One that I would have considered for that shortlist was Kofax and 170 systems. Any other suggestions?
